Nothing is trickier than steering a project to its final destination in today's business world where  Business As Unusual mood is prevailing. Challenges of every type can easily represent risks on the software project: difficult customer, hazy requirements, pressed schedules, changing views along the path are just a few to mention of what we all see in our daily undertakings.
